The 2024 Minnesota State Open Champion is Carson Herron.
Herron’s win (72-70-64–206 (-10)) earns him an exemption spot into the 2024 CRMC Championship. He won in a two-hole playoff over Max Tylke and Caleb VanArragon, a former winner who also earned a spot at the CRMC Championship in 2023.
Carson is the son of Timothy “Lumpy” Herron, an American professional golfer. He currently plays on the PGA Tour Champions. He was previously a member of the PGA Tour, where he was a four-time winner.
